Information Systems or Information Technology play a major role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the Corporation. These Information Systems include but are not limited to all Infrastructure, networks, hardware, and software, which are used to manipulate process, transport or store Information owned by the Corporation.

National medical stores is currently using Navision as its Management Information System (MIS) this is very key in the cooperation activities as far as managing Financial, Inventory and warehouse issues are concerned.
